“Extra Virgin Olive Oil” is the name given to oil obtained by pressing the fruit of specific cultivated olive varieties—healthy olives harvested at the right stage of
ripeness and of such high quality that, when subjected to exclusively mechanical processes, a natural juice is extracted.
Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the natural juice of the olive, obtained by pressing our Picual variety, which is of unparalleled quality. The result is a golden-yellow olive oil with greenish hues that is fruity, slightly bitter, and slightly spicy.
