Description
Spaghetti: A type of Italian pasta made from durum wheat flour and water. It is shaped like long, thin, solid cylinders—thicker than noodles—with a circular cross-section and a length of approximately 25 to 30 centimeters.
Macaroni: a type of Italian pasta made with water, wheat flour, and sometimes eggs, which is usually shaped like long tubes, known as "plumas." According to legend, macaroni was brought to Italy by Marco Polo.
Tagliatelle:This is a traditional type of pasta from the Italian regions of Emilia-Romagna and Marche. Individual strands of tagliatelle are long, flat ribbons that resemble fettuccine and are traditionally about 6 mm wide.
